Comments:
LLC "AGMK" asks to inform about the possibility of performing and the cost of works on TK to search for a contracting organization to perform repair works on the improvement of the alley in the city. Amursk Komsomolsky Avenue from the court square to the cinema "Molodost".
To consider your offer you must:
To 30.04.2021 (inclusive) send the following documents to our address:
- The completed questionnaire of the counterparty in Word format, all fields are required for filling in. (Annexes No. 2).
- Constituent documents according to the attached list. (Annex No. 3)
- Signed consent to the processing of data on the company letterhead (Appendix №4)
To 07.05.2021 (inclusive):
- Documents relating to the technical part of a commercial proposal: Send documents according to the List (annex No. 5). Documents of the technical part of the offer must be placed separately by folders according to the items of the list of documentation. Documentation must be provided at the marketing stage of item 4.2 TK. According to the information security standard of LLC "AGMK", the maximum volume of incoming letter is not more than 10MB. If the package of documents exceeds this volume, it is necessary to divide this archive into parts/volumes by 10MB and send several letters.
- Completed and signed schedule of work (Appendix No. 2 of the Annex to the TK) - the basis of paragraph 1.6 TK
To 14.05.2021 (inclusive):
- Completed Appendix No. 1 to TK in Excel format. It is necessary to fill in all three tabs of the application (Map KP, RDC, Other expenses) I draw your attention to the fact that you can not add/remove positions, as well as change the scope of work. Filling strictly according to the form provided. All related materials and works not prescribed in the RDC, but necessary to perform the work on RD, should be taken into account in the enlarged rates of Annex 1 to the TK. Calculation of other expenses (tab 3), the limit amount of which is prescribed in section 3 of Appendix 1-RDC. For example - travel of employees: 20person* 2 voyes*1500,00,00=600000,00 rubles. And so on.

Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of necessary documents for conducting activities, quality, timing and cost of work performance, payment terms, experience. This procedure for requesting a proposal is not a contest and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 p.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this request procedure does not impose on the Customer the corresponding the volume of civil obligations. The attached Contract is not a public offer, but the terms of the Agreement will be binding on the winner of the bidding.
"AGMK" LLC also informs that from April 02, 2019, Polymetal Company's commercial activity was introduced when choosing a contractor for the provision of services and execution of construction and installation works Reduction procedure (bidding for price reduction). Reduction is carried out on the electronic site B2V-Center, in exceptional cases in full-time form. The Company cannot be recognized as the winner of the tender in case of refusal to participate in Reduction. Only participants registered on ETP B2B center are allowed to the procedure. The Reduction procedure provides only a decrease in the declared cost. The remaining conditions specified in the commercial offer remain unchanged. The company participating in Reduction undertakes to take at least one step of bargaining from the initial price. A Reduction participant who has not taken a single step towards relegation cannot be recognized as the Reduction Winner. Admission of the tender participant to the Reduction shall be made by the Reduction Commission on the part of Polymetal Company on the basis of the analysis of the commercial offer filed under the tender, according to the technical specifications. To make a decision, the technical, organizational, commercial parameters of the offer from the participant of the tender (tender) are considered.
