The Bidder of this Bidding procedure must provide the following documents:
1. Package of documents according to the list "mandatory list of documents"
2. Commercial proposal in the form attached to the tender, in accordance with the requirements of the Requirements Specification. Provide supporting documents in accordance with paragraph No. 9 of the Requirements Specification.
3. Reference list for similar projects in the form attached to the tender.
4. Participation in the tender means the Bidder's consent to sign the standard form of the Rusagro Group contract without making changes. The template of the standard form is attached to the tender.
