Joint-stock company "South Verkhoyansk Mining Company" invites you to participate in the procurement procedure for selecting a contractor for repair works RVS-700m3 No. 3 based on the results of the flaw inspection.
Place of services:
Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Tomponsky district, Nezhdaninsky section, fuel and lubricants storehouse.
Terms of works:
- Start: 25.09.2018;
- ending: 01.11.2018.
Nutrition, accommodation and personal services of the Contractor's personnel, as well as all other expenses related to the mobilization / demobilization of personnel, delivery of goods and equipment and equipment are reimbursed by the Customer on the basis of actually incurred and documented expenses of the Contractor.
Mobilization and demobilization of the Contractor's specialists, as well as necessary equipment and inventory to the place of work and back, is carried out in full by the forces and at the expense of the Contractor.
Special requirements for repair works RVS-700m3 No. 3, responsibility of the parties, the necessary list of permits and other additional information is given in the terms of reference and its annexes (Appendix No. 1 to the letter).
In addition, we draw attention to the fact that you will need to independently create the necessary list of repair work and the applicable list of materials (development of working documents: calculation of the contract price, bill of quantities of work).


This procedure for requesting a proposal is not a contest and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
