The purchase participant must attach a commercial proposal with the signature of the responsible person and on the letterhead, quality passport and certificate of conformity, the contract of the official dealer, the signed copy of the questionnaire and the constituent documents ( The list of required documents is listed in annex № 3).

The quotation submitted through the functional of the ETP must correspond to the price in the commercial offer.
