1. Party request must necessarily attach the following documents:

1.3. Information about the caller, according to the attached template questionnaire ".
2. additional notice posted on the internal portal PJSC insurance company Rosgosstrakh "(in case if the participant is not accredited to ETP, the proposal can be submitted through the portal of the CSG, purchase number no. 815).
3. This procedure is not a competition, it is not governed by articles 447-449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
