Comments: 1. More detailed information is provided in the terms of reference.
2. A commercial offer must be sent:
1. Completed offer card in Excel format;
2. Completed Appendices No. 2 to the TK for each lot: local estimate calculations in the .gsfx / .xml format, compiled by the resource method in the FER and estimated using the collections of average estimated prices for construction resources of the Magadan region for Q1 2021, containing the entire list types of work in accordance with Appendices 1 to the TK - Defective statements with a breakdown in accordance with the lots;
3. Completed Appendices No. 3 to the TK for each lot - work performance schedules, if the terms of work will differ from those specified in the TK;
4. Scanned copies of qualification certificates for personnel and engineering staff in accordance with the TOR clause 3.1;
5. Extract for specialists included in the National Register of Specialists;
6. Scanned copy of an extract from the SRO register for the types of work performed with a term of issue not earlier than 30 calendar days;
7. Enterprise card according to the attached form in Word format;
8. Scanned copies of the Contractor's documentation according to the attached list;
9. Scanned copy of the signed consent to the processing of personal data;
10. Protocol of disagreements to the Customer's agreement, if any;
11. Reference list about the experience of similar work, reviews, recommendations.
12. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of the necessary documents for conducting business, work experience, quality, terms of work, cost, payment terms.
13. This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
14. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer the corresponding volume of civil obligations.
15. The attached Agreement is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Agreement will be binding on the winner of the auction.
