1. No. 101 / B & E dated 04.08.2020 Building number 1. Shop 441. Holes for air duct in axes 132-133, 156-157 / V-G,
2. No. 102 / B & E dated 08/04/2020. Building number 2. Shop 271. Installation of floors in the axes 62-67 / P3-Ts1 (concreting of the auto-amp site)
Scope of work:
Lot # 1: arrangement of two openings in the walls for air ducts,
Lot # 2: dismantling of the railway track and installation of an auto-amp.
Basis for implementation: in accordance with the terms of reference, projects and estimates of the Customer
Turnaround time:
Lot # 1: in the period from 11.10.2020. until 31.10.2020.,
Lot No. 2: until 31.10.2020
(terms may be adjusted based on the results of the tender procedure)
The tender procedure is carried out in several stages:
1. Prequalification (acceptance of the Application package of documents (documents for accreditation are NOT accepted) and agreement with the Customer),
2. Visiting the work site by representatives of organizations that have submitted an Application for participation in the tender procedure,
3. Collection of documents of title for accreditation in the UEB (ONLY for non-accredited organizations),
4. Technical alignment - if inconsistencies in technical documentation (estimates, volumetric statements
5. Collection of technical and commercial proposals (visits to work sites, submission of proposals, analysis, technical alignment, decision on nomination).
If you wish to declare in the tender procedure, you must send the Application package of documents, namely:
1. Contractor Questionnaire,
2. List of types of work (if not previously provided),
3. Reference list (not more than 3 years deep),
4. Permits for the performance of work (an extract from the SRO, in the absence of an SRO - provide a certificate of a subcontractor that has an SRO)
Requirements for bidders:
1. Execution of work in accordance with the technical specifications of the Customer, within the time frame agreed with the Customer,
2. Experience in performing work;
3. Consent to conclude a standard contract as amended by LLC LADA Izhevsk;
4. Availability of our own certified personnel with valid certificates for the performance of this type of work;
5. Own material and technical base;
6. Warranty obligations for the work performed, the warranty period of continuous operation for materials, from the moment of commencement of operation, must be no less than that of the manufacturer,
The application is accepted until 12:00 pm on August 14, 2020 (Moscow time).
Documents submitted later will not be accepted for consideration.
