Payment terms:
Advance payment of the purchase of goods and materials for the implementation of the SMR is carried out within 7 calendar days by the Customer to a special account of the Contractor opened in Gazprombank.
The implementation of the SMR is carried out upon their completion within 30 kalends. days.

Aginskaya ZIF is 430 km away. from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. Travel to the object on the road with asphalt and crushed stone pavement.

Comments: Execution of the SMR at the thickening site at the Aginskaya ZIF, according to the attached statements of the scope of work (VOR):
1. The full scope of work on the sections of EM, EO, OV;
2. Completion of work on the sections AC, QL, KM, TX.
At the moment , the Aginskaya ZIF thickening site has been completed:
1. Foundation work for the thickener and the thickening body;
2. Installation works of the condensation housing (metal structures, wall fencing, coating, gates);
3. Installation of the thickener and service platforms.
It is necessary to perform :
1. Installation of the flocculant preparation station and service platforms;
2. Installation of a ramp, 30mm of decoupling in the housing of the thickening area;
3. Foundations and metal structures of the transition gallery between the buildings;
4. Painting of equipment. Painting of metal structures of the housing with flame retardants;
4. Installation of two sand pumps unloading thickener, slurry pump;
5. Technological strapping of the installed equipment.
Additionally:
1. The supply of materials is carried out by the Contractor.
2. Inert materials are provided by the Customer.
3. The equipment can be provided by the Customer at the agreed tariff, according to clause 2.2.9 of the draft contract.
4. Accommodation in a comfortable hotel on the site of the Aginskaya ZIF. The cost of accommodation and meals is 1000 rubles per day. The costs should be taken into account in the TAP.
5. Power supply connection points are provided by the Customer.
6. To the participants of the procedure, attach a reference list for the performance of similar work over the past two years.
7. In the TAP, specify the number of personnel that is planned to be involved in the implementation of the CMP.
8. Advance payment of the Contractor for the purchase of goods and materials is carried out by the Customer through a special account opened by the Contractor in Gazprombank.
9. Attach a schedule for the implementation of the CMP to the TAP. The directive deadline for the completion of the SMR is 15.08.2022.
10. Confirm your readiness to sign the contract according to the attached template and proceed with the implementation of the SMR, according to the letter of guarantee before signing the contract.
11. Attach a package of constituent documents (Charter, certificate of OGRN, INN, Buh. balance for 2021 and Q1 2022, documents for the signatory)
