2. The submitted proposal must consist of two parts – technical (Appendix 1-4,6) and commercial (Appendix 5), certified by the signature of the head with a seal impression. In the technical part, the list and composition of works must be specified and it is not allowed to specify any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.).
3. The offer must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the electronic platform. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TP and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TA will be rejected.
