1. More detailed information is outlined in the technical specification.

2. Detailed calculation of the cost of work;
3. Scan-copies of Contractor's documentation according to the attached list;
4. Reference list about the experience of similar works, reviews, recommendations.
5. Protocol of disagreements to the contract of the Customer, in case of their existence.

6. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of necessary documents for conducting activities, work experience, quality, terms of work, cost, payment terms.

7. This procedure for requesting a proposal is not a contest and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 p.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;

8. This procedure is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations

9. The attached Contract is not a public offer, but the terms of the Agreement will be binding on the winner of the bidding.
