When submitting an bid, it is required to provide completed appendices to the request, as well as copies of constituent documents, certificates of state registration with the assignment of the OGRN, certificates of tax registration, accounting statements (balance sheet + financial results report) for the last reporting year marked by the Federal Tax Service of Russia, a license to provide services for this activity (if available).
2. The submitted proposal must consist of two parts – technical (Appendix 2-6,7) and commercial (Appendix 5), certified by the signature of the supervisor with the seal impression. The list and composition of works must be indicated in the technical part and it is not allowed to indicate any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit rates, payment terms, etc.).
3. The offer must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the electronic platform. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TA and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TA will be rejected.
