If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

The terms of reference and the original project are included in the attachment.
Within the framework of the Contract for the performance of works (according to the internal regulations of JSC "Tander"), a guarantee amount of 5% is provided for. Payment of the guarantee amount is made 365 calendar days after the signing of the acts of work performed.

Other requirements:
Provide for a visit to the object in order to determine the scope of work (an increase in the cost of the CP after the end of the Tender is unacceptable).
If it is necessary to provide additional data for estimating the cost of work (if it is impossible to go to the object) — request from the Customer.
The warranty period for the work performed must be 24 months (from the date of signing the acts of work performed by the parties).
Providing estimated calculations made in the GRAND estimate, confirming the cost of the commercial offer.
Post-payment is made 60 days after the parties sign the Acts of work performed.

The bidder can repeatedly improve their price offer until the end of the submission of applications.

Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
