Auto-extension

Payment terms:without advance payment.
- 95% of the contract price shall be paid by the employer with deferred payment in 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of completion and signing by the parties of primary documents.
- 5% of the value of the contract is the guarantee deposit is paid at the end of the warranty period, based on the account of the contractor. The customer pays within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of the expiration of the warranty period.

Обоснование: Руководствуясь пунктом 5.9.8. Положения о закупке товаров, работ и услуг для нужд АО «Международный аэропорт Сочи», признать запрос предложений на право заключения договора на выполнение СМР по ремонту периметровой дороги с мостом через р. Первинку АО «Международный аэропорт Сочи» для нужд АО «Международный аэропорт Сочи»- несостоявшимся.
Заключить договор с единственным участником запроса, заявка которого признана соответствующей требованиям закупочной документации - ООО «Эрик» (ИНН/КПП 2317084187/231701001).
Предложение о цене договора - 820 000,00 (восемьсот двадцать тысяч) рублей 00 копеек, в т.ч. НДС.
