Delivery terms:The Contractor undertakes to ensure the availability of a consignment warehouse at the place of work and independently maintain in its warehouse the required number of spare parts and consumables to perform Work under the Contract. When planning a warehouse, recommendations from the Customer should be taken into account

Comments:
1. More detailed information is provided in the terms of reference.

2. With a commercial offer, they must be sent:
1. A completed offer card with a detailed calculation of the cost of providing services in Excel format;
2. Price list for spare parts and consumables;
3. Scanned copies of the necessary certificates, permits, qualification documents required for the provision of services;
4. Scanned copies of the Contractor's documentation according to the attached list;
5. The completed company card according to the attached form;
6. Protocol of disagreements to the contract in case of refusal to work on the form provided.


3. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of necessary documents for conducting business, work experience, quality, terms of work, cost, payment terms.

4. This offer request procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;

5. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.;
Thus, this offer request procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.

6. The attached Agreement is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Agreement will be binding on the Competitive Bidding process winner.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
