3. Scanned copies of the Contractor's documentation according to the attached list;
4. A reference list about the experience of similar work, reviews, recommendations.
5. Protocol of disagreements to the Customer's contract, if any.

6. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of the necessary documents for conducting business, work experience, quality, terms of work, cost, payment terms.

7. This procedure for requesting an offer is not a competition and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;

8. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer the corresponding amount of civil obligations

9. The attached Contract is not a public offer, but the terms of the Contract will be binding on the winning bidder.
