Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Mandatory conditions:
1. The terms of reference and the original project are in the attachment.
2. Provision of estimate calculations made in the GRAND estimate, confirming the cost of the commercial proposal.

4. it is obligatory to complete the whole complex of works as a whole (in one lot)

Other conditions:
Provide a visit to the facility in order to determine the scope of work (an increase in the cost of the commercial proposal after the end of the Tender is unacceptable).
If it is necessary to provide additional data to estimate the cost of work (if it is impossible to visit the site), ask the Customer.
The warranty period for the work performed must be 24 months (from the moment the parties sign the acts of work performed).
Postpay 30 days after the parties have signed the Acts of Completion.

Submission of quotations only in RUBLES.

EDS is not required

The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.
