5. Requirements for procurement participants:

5.2. Ensuring that the Subcontractor fulfills the obligations of the warranty period is carried out by submitting an unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee of fulfillment of obligations within the Warranty period in the amount of 5% of the cost of works, services, supplied materials and equipment performed as part of the object, or withholding this amount until the end of the warranty period.
