Auto-extension

6. When visiting the site of PJSC CHTPZ, it is necessary to follow measures to prevent the spread of coronovirus infection:

Требования к поставщику:
1. Опыт работы в данной специализации. 2. Наличие документов, подтверждающих аттестацию ответственных лиц за безопасное производство работ по охране труда, промышленной и пожарной безопасности, электробезопасности, согласно Приказу 233 от 06 апреля 2012 Федеральной службы по экологическому, технологическому и атомному надзору. 3. Собственная материально-техническая база, необходимая для выполнения данных работ.
4. Наличие квалификационно-профессионального состава ИТР и рабочих по заявленным видам работ. (Предоставить Расчёт по страховым взносам по форме КНД 1151111).
Требования к материалам:
