Comments:
Amgun Electric Grid Company, LLC asks you to consider the possibility of performing construction and installation work as part of the 110 kV VL construction project Polymetal-Albazino with 110 kV Albazino PS" for Amgun Electric Grid Company Ltd.
The detailed requirements are reflected in the Technical Job - Annex 1 and its annexes.
The procurement procedure is conducted in 2 stages:

1. stage — Qualifying.
Offers are received no later than 13.08.2021.
At this point, the proposal should provide:
- Presentation about the Company according to the requirements set out in Annex 2;
- Preliminary calculation of estimated cost based on ODA (major project decisions) and PD (Project Documentation) on the mandatory application form of Annex 2;
- List of constituent documents according to Annex 3;
- Consent to the processing of personal data according to Annex 4;
- The Counterparty's questionnaire according to Annex 5.
As a result of the evaluation of the offers submitted in phase 1, the Customer determines the list of Companies admitted before Phase 2.
Basic evaluation criteria:
¾ Membership of Builders SRO (Level 4 Responsibility);
¾ Experience in the construction of electric grid facilities over 100 km long, 110 kV and above at least 5 years;
¾ Experience in construction of electrical grid facilities in the climatic conditions of Khabarovsk Krai, or similar;
¾ The availability of sufficient personnel, equipment, equipment to implement the project in accordance with the Technical Assignment;
¾ Availability of a confirmed reference list and positive feedback from Customers.

2. stage — Commercial.
Offers are received no later than 17.09.2021. (time adjustment is possible).
In Phase 2, admitted participants should provide an itemized business proposal for work based on PD (working documentation), VL EP (working documentation) and Reconnaissance drive.

If interested in doing the work, please provide a technical and commercial proposal for phase 1 within the time no later than 13.08.2021.
