Payment terms:the current payments are paid by the employer at a rate of 95 per cent of the cost of work stages according to the contract referred to in the instruments of acceptance of the executed works in form of COP 2 (Appendix 7) and help about the value of work performed and costs of COP-3 form (annex 8), within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing acts of acceptance of the executed works.
Payments on completion of the contract, paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of putting into operation (acceptance of finished construction project acceptance Committee, form # KS-14).
Delivery terms:starting date is no later than 5 working days after the signing of the Treaty.
The deadline for the completion of construction-Assembly and starting-up and adjustment works no later than 20.10.2018 g.
Deadline for completion of the Treaty is not later 31.10.2018 g.
