Payment terms:the current payments are paid by the employer at a rate of 95 per cent of the cost of work stages according to the contract referred to in the instruments of acceptance of the executed works in form of COP 2 (annex 6) and help about the value of work performed and costs of COP-3 form (annex 7) within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing acts of acceptance of the executed works.
Payments on completion of the contract, paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of putting into operation (acceptance of finished construction project acceptance Committee, form # KS-14).
Delivery terms:begin work no later than 5 working days after the contract is signed.
End of construction-installation, commissioning-not later than 12.12.2018 g.
Completion of the contract no later than 31.12.2018 g.
