Payment terms:Текущие платежи выплачиваются Заказчиком в размере 95 процентов от стоимости этапов работ по договору, указанных в актах о приемке выполненных работ по форме КС-2 (приложение№7) и справке о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат по форме КС-3 (приложение № 8), выплачиваются в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней со дня подписания актов сдачи-приемки работ;
Платежи по окончании работ по договору, выплачиваются в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней со дня подписания акта ввода в эксплуатацию (акт приемки законченного строительством объекта приемочной комиссией, форма № КС-14).
Delivery terms:Начало работ - не позднее 5-ти рабочих дней с момента заключения договора.
Срок завершения строительно-монтажных и пуско-наладочных работ – не позднее 75 дней с момента заключения договора.
Срок завершения работ по договору – не позднее 90 дней с момента заключения договора.
