2. With a commercial offer, you must send::
1) The completed offer card and its appendices;
2) Detailed calculation of the cost of performing the work;
3) Scanned copies of the Contractor's documentation according to the attached list;
4) A reference list about the experience of similar work, reviews, recommendations.
5) Protocol of disagreements to the Customer's contract, if any.

3. Criteria for selecting the best offer: availability of the necessary documents for conducting business, work experience, quality, terms of work, cost, payment terms.

4. This procedure for requesting proposals is not a competition and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;

5. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for quotation procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.

6. The attached Contract is not a public offer, but the terms of the Contract will be binding on the winning bidder.
