According to the design and estimate documentation, perform the SMR from the Customer's materials, partly from the Contractor's supply materials (concrete, construction fittings, anchor bolts, waterproofing materials, rolled metal, auxiliary materials).
The main types of work performed:
1. Earthworks:
- soil development;
- removal of soil;
- backfill;
- installation of foundations for foundations and pipelines;
- soil compaction.
2. Works on the construction of foundations:
- the device of concrete preparation;
- assembly of reinforcement frames;
- laying of concrete mix;
- waterproofing.
3. Installation of technological equipment.
4. Reconstruction of the entity. technological equipment (pos. T-60).
5. Installation of air ducts and rotary dampers Ø1220mm.
6. Installation of pipelines and shut-off valves.
7. Laying of the industrial and rainwater sewerage pipeline. The device of sewer wells.
8. Installation of metal structures.
9. Anti-corrosion protection of m / structures.
10. The device of thermal insulation of apparatuses and pipelines.
11. Works on improvement of the production area of the SMR:
- layout;
- the device of the road surface.
The contractor must provide:
• a copy of an extract from the register of SRO membership for construction in relation to particularly dangerous, technically complex and unique capital construction projects;
• confirm the presence of work experience in similar types of work;
• confirm the presence of positive references;
• balance sheet and profit and loss statement for the last 3 years;
• TAP, which consists of two parts:
a) the commercial part (When forming the TP, take into account the current prices for materials);
b) the technical part.
The commercial part should include:
- a commercial offer, according to appendix 2, with the signature of the head and the seal of the enterprise or a scanned copy, fax. The total bid price must cover all the obligations of the bidder to fulfill the requirements contained in the tender documentation, including the estimated cost of work, the cost of materials, travel and transportation costs, etc.
