Comments:
Contractor's materials: concrete, construction reinforcement, stud anchors, chemical anchors, metal for embedded parts, auxiliary materials, hardware, paints and varnishes (obligatory coordination of material prices with the SEB of Minudobreniya JSC).
Customer materials: reinforced concrete girders, railway rails, rail linings, rolled metal products, sheet metal.
When forming the TCH, take into account the current prices for materials.
Mandatory visit to the facility by the representatives of the Contractor to familiarize themselves with the production conditions and clarify the scope of work before the provision of the TCH with the indication in the TCH of the appropriate certification.
The contractor must provide:
• a copy of an extract from the SRO membership register for the construction of a normal level of responsibility (for TCH over 3,000,000 rubles);
• confirm the availability of work experience in similar types of work;
• confirm the presence of positive references;
• balance sheet and profit and loss statement for the last 3 years (exception for partners of JSC Minudobreniya);
• TCH, which consists of two parts:
a) commercial part (When forming the TCH, take into account the current prices for materials. The total bid price must cover all the obligations of the bidder to fulfill the requirements contained in the bidding documents, including the estimated cost of work, cost of materials, travel and transportation costs, etc.);
b) the technical part.
