Comments: 1. More detailed information is provided in the terms of reference.
2. A commercial offer must be sent:
1. Completed offer card and attachments to it in Excel format;
2. "Calculation of the contract price" - Appendix No. 1 to the TK / Agreement in Excel format (Lots No. 1-2);
3. "Schedule of work performance" - Appendix No. 2 to the TOR / Agreement in Excel format;
4. Appendix No. 3 to the TK / Agreement "Procedure for providing goods and materials" - fill in the information in section 2 - table 3.2 in accordance with the requirement of TK clause 2.8.2.
5. Appendix No. 4 to the TK / Agreement "Obligations of the Customer" - fill in the information in column 3 of Table 4.1, in accordance with the requirements of this appendix.
6. Scanned copies of qualification certificates for personnel and engineering staff in accordance with the TOR clause 3.1;
7. Scanned copy of an extract from the SRO register for the types of work performed, with a term of issue not earlier than 30 calendar days, in accordance with the TOR clause 4.1.1;
8. Documents confirming the availability of an accredited non-destructive testing laboratory in accordance with PB 03-372-00 and verified, calibrated equipment with the provision of a certificate of attestation or an accreditation certificate by the laboratory in accordance with the requirements of GOST ISO / IEC 17025 "General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories", according to TK clause 4.1;
9. Enterprise card according to the attached form;
10. Scanned copies of the Contractor's documentation according to the attached list;
11. Protocol of disagreements to the Customer's agreement, if any;
12. Reference list about the experience of similar work, reviews, recommendations.
13. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of the necessary documents for conducting business, work experience, quality, terms of work, cost, payment terms.
14. This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
15. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer the corresponding volume of civil obligations.
16. The attached Agreement is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Agreement will be binding on the winner of the auction.
