Delivery terms:
Goods and materials, according to Appendix No. 3 to the TOR, are provided by the Customer. Goods and materials that are not included in Appendix No. 3 to the TOR, but are necessary for the performance of work are purchased and delivered by the Contractor. The equipment and tools necessary for the production of the entire complex of works are provided by the Contractor.
The contractor is obliged to provide for the presence of welding machines, bolt screws, torque wrenches, ladders and other means of dragging.
Machines and mechanisms (self-propelled/large-sized) for performing the work are provided by the Customer, at the expense of the Contractor on the basis of the current tariffs.
Comments: 1. More detailed information is provided in the terms of reference.
2. With a commercial offer, you must send:
1. The completed offer card and its appendices in Excel format;
2. Calculation of the contract price-Appendix No. 1 to the TOR in Excel format;
3. Work schedule - Appendix No. 2 to the TOR in Excel format;
4. The procedure for providing work with materials, machines and mechanisms-Appendix No. 3 to the TOR - fill in the information in section 2-Table 3.2 according to the requirement of the TOR p. 2.8.pp 2.
5. Obligations of the Customer-Appendix No. 4 to the TOR-fill in the information in column 3 of Table 4.1, according to the requirements of this annex and the TOR.
6. Scanned copies of qualification certificates for personnel and ITR in accordance with the requirements of the TOR clause 3.1;
7. Scanned copies of the permit documentation, according to the requirements of the TOR clause 4.1;
8. The completed company card according to the attached form;
9. Scanned copies of the Contractor's documentation according to the attached list;
10. Protocol of disagreements to the Customer's contract, if there are disagreements;
11. A reference list about the experience of similar works, reviews, recommendations.
12. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of the necessary documents for conducting activities, work experience, quality, terms of work, cost, payment terms.
13. This request for proposal procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
14. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this procedure for requesting an offer does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.
15. The attached Contract is not a public offer, but the terms of the Contract will be binding for the winner of the auction.
