Comments: 1. The submitted technical and commercial proposal must consist of two parts, technical (in the attachment) and commercial (in the attachment) for each lot separately, certified by the signature of the head with a seal impression. In the technical part, the list and composition of works must be specified and it is not allowed to specify any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.). If necessary, separate documents of the technical and commercial parts of the TAP can duplicate each other, provided that such documents in the technical part of the TAP will be presented without specifying prices, and in the commercial part with prices.
2. The technical and commercial proposal must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the electronic platform. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TAP and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TAP will be rejected.

5. The procurement documentation contains the file "Summary dividing sheet with prices of the store - consolidator". 6. It must be informed about the possibility of signing the Contract in the Customer's editorial office (attached) and signing the EDI agreement (attached).

The TCP must be provided with:
- resource statements for each estimate with an indication of the price for each item in excel format, except for the positions of the store-consolidator (highlighted in green);
- decoding of the cost for each cost item of the estimate with an indication of the index of appreciation of the estimated cost of work;
- calculation of the contract price with the interpretation of the pricing methodology (indicators).
7. JSC "OEMK named after A.A. Ugarov" uses electronic document management (EDO) with its partners and customers in the Diadoc system (http://www.diadoc.ru ) of SKB Kontur company. Please note that, all other things being equal, preference may be given to a supplier using electronic document management systems (the form of the agreement is available in the procurement documentation).
