Payment terms:1. Possible advance payment, but not more than 30% of the value of the work under the contract. The obligation of the Customer to transfer the advance to the Contractor arises after the provision of a bank guarantee in the form of the Customer, issued by the Bank, previously agreed by the Customer and subject to prior signing by the Parties of the advance payment procedure. Costs associated with issuing a Bank Guarantee shall be borne by the Contractor.
2. Payment for work is carried out in the following order:
2.1. 93% of the value of completed work for 60 calendar days from the date of the end of the month in which acts of the form KS-2, KS-3 were signed;
2.2. 7% of the cost of the executed works are held under the warranty period of 2 years.
3. Placement of the Contractor in temporary camps built by own forces.
4. Maintenance, protection and fire safety of settlements, are the costs of the Contractor.
5. The construction of temporary camps in coordination with the customer is paid according to budget calculations approved by the Customer.
Delivery terms:Elginskoye coal deposit is located in the central part of the Tokinsky coal-bearing area, to the west of Lake Big Toko.
