Immediately before arriving at the Customer's site, the Contractor is quarantined for 14 days at a place determined by the Customer. The collection point for quarantine is being specified before mobilization.
For the period of quarantine, meals and accommodation of the Contractor's employees are carried out at the expense of the Customer.
Before entering quarantine, it is mandatory to provide an opinion of the medical commission for each employee.
Scope and scope of work:
1. The scope of work is given in the Initial data - Appendix No. 1 to the TOR. The contractor needs to perform the work stipulated by the Initial data. (Act TR No. 707, VOR No. 388).
2. When performing work, in the event of additional work or scope of work, an Supplementary Agreement to the contract will be concluded with the Contractor upon agreement by the parties, taking into account all changes:
2.1. In the event of additional work (work, the prices for which are NOT listed in Appendix No. 1 to the basic contract, section I), a DC is concluded with the Contractor, while the prices for additional work are determined through direct negotiations;
2.2. At the marketing stage, participants must indicate a% discount for all additional volumes of work that arise in excess of the main volume specified in the contract (Appendix No. 1 to the basic contract, section I). A contractual agreement is concluded with the Contractor for the performance of additional volumes of work at the prices of the contract, taking into account a% fixed discount.
Requirements for the production of construction and installation works:

The minimum required requirements for the machines and mechanisms of the Contractor (indicating the list and quantity for each type of equipment):

7. Auxiliary equipment and hand tools for work;
8. The contractor monitors the condition of his equipment and machinery, maintains it in good condition, pays for service, maintains the amount of consumables;
9. Manual and auxiliary tools (perforator, angle grinder, tools and accessories for painting, including scaffolding, inventory scaffolding, ladders, extension cords, etc.) - the number is determined by the composition of the team. All employees must be provided with the necessary tools.
Machines and mechanisms for the production of work provided by the customer:
The customer can lease a PC-400 excavator (bucket volume 1.9 m3), the rental price is 4360.62 rubles. without VAT for 1 car / hour The equipment is provided upon the preliminary request of the Contractor, the time for providing the excavator is limited, the total number of hours of operation of the excavator is no more than 20 hours.

Requirements for the availability of permits for the Contractor:
In accordance with the requirements of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation - the provision of an extract from the Register of SRO-S members is mandatory (the facilities are NOT a HIF). Date of discharge not earlier than 01.12.2020.
Materials provided by the Customer:
Set out in clause 2.4 of the TK (basic materials are provided by the Customer).
