Auto-extension

Payment terms:the payment of the contract price, the customer is performed in the following order:
- payments for completed stages of works in the manner and under the conditions laid down in the Treaty.
- final payment in the manner and under the conditions laid down in the Treaty.
Payment of the contract price (completed Phase) is made by the customer on the basis of signed by the parties of the taking over certificate of executed works final payment (guarantee of retention) in the amount of 10% of the price of the completed Stage works accordance with the Treaty, with deferred payment not less than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the taking over certificate of executed works, subject to the submission by the contractor to the customer a full set of documents.
The customer makes the final payment (payment guarantee retention) on the fact of reaching and passing by the contractor to the customer of the result works with deferred payment not less than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of certificate completed construction of the object (form COP-14), subject to the submission by the contractor to the customer a full set of documents.
