Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is made by the Customer in accordance with paragraph 3.2. Contract:
3.2.2.1. The Customer shall pay the Contractor interim payments for the Works, taking into account the final settlement (warranty retention) in accordance with 3.2.5. Agreement, upon presentation by the Contractor of the completed scope of work on the Stage of works at the end of the calendar month, with a delay of not less than 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing of the Certificate of delivery by the Parties. Acceptance of Works performed (form KS-2), provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
- Certificate of acceptance of performed works signed by the Parties (form KS-2);
The Contractor's Monthly Acceptance Certificate (KS-2 Form) shall only reflect the work performed within the same Phase of the Work. A separate monthly act is drawn up for each Stage of Work.
- Certificate of the cost of the work done (form COP-3) signed by the Parties;
When filling out the form KS-3 by the Contractor, the following fields are mandatory (in full accordance with the Consolidated Estimates to the Contract): "Sequence number"; "Local estimate number"; "Name of work phase", "Name of work"; the columns are arranged in ascending order.
- signed by the Parties of the act on the form Bn-M-05 in accordance with clause 7.2 of the Contract (applicable when the Contractor performs dismantling works within the relevant month);
- original invoice,
provided that there are no claims and requirements from the Customer on the quality and terms of the works performed.
Contractor shall issue an advance invoice within 5 calendar days of receipt of payment.
In the event that the Contractor is a small or medium-sized business entity, the delay shall not exceed 30 (thirty) calendar days.
