Payment terms:
-cost of executing construction works includes all additional (related) expenses, including the cost of directly executing construction works, the cost of materials, insurance, taxes, and other possible payments;
- terms of payment: within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the Act of acceptance of the executed works (Act on form No. COP-2) during the reporting period and cost of work performed and costs (form # KS-3), on the basis of the invoice issued by the contractor.
