The opportunistic study procedure is carried out according to the needs of Lebedinsky GOK JSC, which is part of METALLOINVEST Group of Companies.

The settlement conditions must be determined taking into account the payment day established in METALLOINVEST Group from 07/01/2021 – Tuesday.
The offer is valid for at least 180 calendar days.

This request for proposals consists of 1 stage:

As part of the request for proposals, the Technical and Commercial Proposal should consist of a technical part (Appendices 2-6) and a commercial part (Appendices 7 and Appendix 9), certified by the signature of the supervisor with an imprint of the seal. The list and composition of works must be indicated in the technical part and it is not allowed to indicate any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit rates, payment terms, etc.). The offer must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the electronic platform. If the data in the attached Technical and Commercial Proposal and the completed electronic form on the site do not match, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the Technical and Commercial Proposal will be rejected.
The expert cost of materials is calculated on the basis of the market value of materials and is not an offer, but is of a recommendatory nature.

METALLOINVEST Management Company LLC uses electronic document management (EDI) with its partners and customers in the Dyad system (http://www.diadoc.ru ) SKB Kontur company. Please note that, all other things being equal, preference may be given to a supplier using electronic document management systems.
In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participating in the Call for Bidding, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such an Agreement may be terminated.
The procurement procedure is an internal procedure for the selection of a Contractor by the Company and should not be considered as a competitive bidding process in the sense of articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and also is not a public tender, which is regulated by Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as to accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as to reject all Offers with or without explanation, as well as to cancel the Call for Bidding at any stage, including after selecting the Winner.

- "General accreditation of METALLOINVEST Management Company LLC No. 178.

- "Accreditation for Sustainable Development" No. 739/800.

- Also, in accordance with the policy of METALLOINVEST Management Company on industrial safety, companies that have passed accreditation No. 373 "Occupational Safety and Industrial Safety Accreditation" are allowed to perform work on the territory of enterprises. To pass the accreditation procedure, it is necessary to provide a completed Supplier Questionnaire and a complete set of supporting documents.

Companies that have not passed accreditation cannot be selected as the winner of tender procedures.
