Auto-extension

Payment terms:
There is no advance payment, payment is made for actually performed work on the basis of acts of acceptance and acceptance of work performed, with a deferred payment of at least 30 (thirty) and no more than 40 (forty) calendar days.
The customer is ready to consider alternative proposals of the Participants (including several) in terms of the procedure and terms of payment, which will be taken into account when comparing the proposals of the Participants.
Delivery terms:
The final deadline for the entire range of works, including testing, measurements and commissioning, is no later than March 30, 2022.
Comments: A participant in the procurement procedure must meet the requirements in accordance with clause 16 of the Invitation to participate in the procurement procedure.
The procurement procedure is an internal procedure for the selection of Suppliers by the Company and should not be considered as an auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and is not a public tender, which is regulated by Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
LLC "Sanatorium" Zapolyarye "reserves the right at any time to refuse to continue carrying out this Procurement procedure, to change the conditions for its implementation, as well as to refuse to conclude an agreement with the Supplier, whose proposal was recognized as the best based on the results of the procurement procedure.
At the same time, any costs associated with participation in the procurement procedure are borne by the participant independently, these costs under no circumstances will be reimbursed by LLC Sanatorium Zapolyarye.
