Payment terms:
The Customer is obliged:
- pay for the work performed within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act on acceptance of the executed works (certificate on form No. КС-2) for the reporting period and information on the cost of completed works and expenses (form No. КС-3), based on the invoice issued by the Contractor -factures.
The final settlement under the Contract is made by the Customer within 30 calendar days from the moment of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the acceptance commission completed by the construction of the facility by the acceptance commission (the certificate on form No. КС-14).
The Contractor shall provide the Customer with the invoice (s) -fucture (s) in the manner and within the time limits in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 21 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation
