Auto-extension

Payment terms:Заказчик осуществляет оплату выполненных объемов Работ с отсрочкой 30 календарных дней с момента подписания Сторонами Актов приемки выполненных Работ и при условии получения Заказчиком от Подрядчика соответствующих счета-фактуры и счета на оплату;
Отсрочка платежа исчисляется с момента подписания первичных учетных документов, указанных в договорах.
Расчеты по договору производятся денежными средствами, а так же могут иметь иную форму расчетов, не противоречащую законодательству РФ, в том числе путем передачи векселей и пр.
