Auto-extension

Payment terms:Calculation on the fact of reaching and passing by the contractor to the customer of the result of the works shall be carried out within 30 days after receipt of full set of documents for payment.
The originals of the invoices for payment and original invoice;
Original signed by the parties acceptance certificate of executed works (form COP-2) and information about the cost of work performed (COP 3), fixing the achievement (execute) Contractor of the corresponding phase;
A copy of the receipt of the full set of Executive/technical/initial Permitting/operational documentation, signed by the parties.
Payment of the contract price shall be made by the customer by cashless transfer of funds to the account of the contractor.
