Payment terms:
Payment of the Contract Price shall be made by the Customer upon completion of all works under the Contract and delivery by the Contractor to the Customer of the Work Results, with a delay of not less than 60, but not more than 90 calendar days (in if the contract is concluded with the SMSP, the payment term is established in accordance with the current legislation) from the date of signing by the Parties of the Certificate of acceptance of the completed construction of the Facility (form КС-14), provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
- signed by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate of the completed construction of the Facility (form KS-14);
- Certificate of acceptance of performed works signed by the Parties (form KS-2);
- Copies of the Acceptance Certificates of the complete set of Executive/Technical/Initial Permission (including permission for commissioning of the Facility) documents signed by the Parties;
- Certificate of the cost of the work done (form COP-3) signed by the Parties;
When completing the CS-3 form by the Contractor, the following fields are mandatory (in full accordance with the Summary Estimates): "Sequence number"; "Local estimate number"; "Name of works", the columns are arranged in ascending order.

provided that there are no claims and requirements from the Customer on the quality and terms of the works performed. Payment of the Contract Price shall be made by the Customer by means of non-cash transfer of funds to the Contractor's settlement account, or by other means provided by the Contract and/or the current legislation of the Russian Federation.$

Term of execution of works: from the moment of the conclusion of the contract on December 31, 2019.
