| Payment terms: | an advance of 30% (thirty percent) of the cost of the work shall be paid by the Customer to the Contractor within 10 (ten) business days from the date of the Contractor's provision of security for the return of the advance to the amount of the advance and the original invoice. Final settlement, minus the advance payment previously paid, shall be carried out by the Customer within 10 (ten) working days from the moment of signing by the Parties of the act of work performed in the form of KS-2 and the Contractor provides an invoice and an invoice for payment. |
