| Payment terms: | an advance of 30% (thirty percent) of the cost of the work is paid by the Customer to the Contractor within 10 (ten) business days from the date the Contractor provides security for the return of the advance in the amount of the advance and the original invoice for payment. The final settlement, minus the advance payment made earlier, is carried out by the Customer within 10 (ten) business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of completed Work in the form of COP-2 and the submission by the Contractor of the invoice and invoice for payment. |
