5. The balance sheet as of the last reporting date with the tax authority's note on acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the representative's authority to sign documents:
— Decision (Protocol).
— Power of Attorney.

— Development by the contractor of the PPR, PPRK, RTI.
— Availability of certification of the head, engineers, workers on industrial safety at the HPO.
— Availability of medical clearance for personnel to work at the GPO.
