Auto-extension

Payment terms:Advance payment of 20% of the contract value. Payment for the work performed is carried out in stages in accordance with the Payment Schedule, subject to the subcontractor's compliance with the deadlines for the work and the amount of work specified in the Calendar Work Schedule. The Contractor, when settling with the Subcontractor for the Works completed and accepted, shall retain the services of the General Contractor in the amount of 5% (five percent) of the cost of the Works accepted by the Contractor during the reporting period, in compensation of the Contractor’s expenses for services rendered to the Subcontractor.
