Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:90% of the value of the works actually performed by the Contractor and accepted by the Customer less the amount of the advance (10% of the paid share) within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of acceptance by the Customer the work performed by the Contractor. The difference between the final cost of the works and the amount of money paid by the Customer shall be paid within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery and acceptance of the works under the Agreement as a whole (from the date of signing of the Performance Act by the Parties).

1. More information about the request is provided in the Technical Task.
2. Offers will not be accepted without loaded documentation: commercial application, questionnaire, completed calculation of the contract price (in the form of the Customer), statutory documents of the company.

Offers: availability of necessary documents for carrying out this activity, quality, terms of work, cost, payment terms, work experience, feedback and/or recommendations from customers.
4. This procedure of request for a proposal is not a contest and its conduct is not regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
5. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
