Comments:
We ask you to consider the possibility of providing services and, in case of a positive decision, to provide the following information:
1. Completed form. Card offer. Annex # 2;
2. Detailed estimate and financial calculation of the cost of inventory, construction and installation works, and other costs;
3. Consent to the terms of the draft treaty or protocol of disagreements.
4. A license corresponding to the required types of work;
5. Recommendations from customers on the services provided (if any);
6. Founding documents of the organization (OGRN, TIN, Certificate of registration in state social funds (statistics codes), Charter of a legal entity, Extract of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities).
7. Indicate the validity of the offer conditions in calendar days.
This procedure for requesting a proposal is not a contest and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
The attached Agreement is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Agreement will be binding on the winner of the bidding.
Preferred location of the contractor in St. Petersburg.
Reception of questions on the procurement procedure is carried out until 15:00 Moscow time on 17.09.2018
