Payment terms:Payment for work: 30% of the total cost of work within 15 (ten) business days from the date of signing of the Agreement by the Parties, provided that the Customer receives an invoice for payment; 90% of the cost of the work actually performed by the Contractor and accepted by the Customer minus the amount of the advance payment (10% of the paid share) within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of acceptance by the Customer of the work performed by the Contractor. The difference between the Final Cost of the work and the amount of money paid by the Customer shall be paid within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of delivery and acceptance of work under the Agreement as a whole (from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act on performance of obligations).
The contractor has the right to offer a smaller down payment

Comments:
1. More detailed information about the request is set out in the Terms of Reference.
2. Proposals will not be accepted without loaded documentation: commercial application, questionnaire, completed calculation of the contract price (in the form of the Customer), the company's charter documents.

Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
