Comments:
Kutynskaya GGK LLC invites you to take part in the tender for the construction and installation work for the construction of a temporary warehouse of chemical reagents at the facility: "Process solutions processing complex" in accordance with the terms of reference (hereinafter - TOR) and initial data.

Place of provision of services:
Khabarovsk Territory, Tuguro-Chumikansky District, 390 km. North of the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur and 154 km north-west of the item im. Polina Osipenko
Terms of work production:
05/15/2021 to 06/30/2021
Immediately before arriving at the Customer's site, the Contractor is quarantined for 14 days at a place determined by the Customer. The collection point for quarantine is being specified before mobilization. During the quarantine period, meals and accommodation for the Contractor's employees are at the expense of the Customer.

Requirements for the availability of permits for the Contractor:
In accordance with the requirements of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation - the provision of an extract from the Register of SRO-S members is mandatory (the object is an OPO).
For the period of the two-week quarantine, meals and accommodation of the Contractor's employees will be carried out at the expense of the Customer.

Occupational health and safety requirements:
Set out in the TOR and must be followed.

We will be grateful to receive your commercial offer no later than 08:00 (Moscow time) 04/21/2021 with the following attachments:
- a commercial proposal on the official letterhead of the participant signed by an authorized person, indicating information on the approval of the basic draft of the work contract without disagreements, or the provision of an appropriate protocol of disagreements;
- completed offer card;
- completed calculation of the contract price;
- completed template for calculating additional costs;
- completed reference list;
- scanned copies of permits required for the performance of work;
- scanned copies of documents confirming the availability of the necessary equipment, equipment;
- constituent documents: charter (fully in the latest edition), certificate of the OGRN, certificate of TIN, decision of the founder on the appointment of the head, letter on assignment of codes (Rosstat);
- consent to the processing of personal data (in accordance with the form)

3. Project documentation
4. The basic form of the contract.

This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer the corresponding volume of civil obligations.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
