Payment terms:
3.2.2. Payment of the Contract price is made by the Customer upon completion of all Works under the Contract and the Contractor's transfer to the Customer of the Result of the work, with a delay of not less than 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate of the completed construction Object (form KS-14), provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
- Certificate of acceptance of the completed construction Object (form KS-14);
- the Certificate of Acceptance of the completed works signed by the Parties (form COP-2);
- Copies of the Acceptance Certificates of the complete set of Executive Technical Documentation/The initial Permit (including the permit for putting the Object into operation-used for the delivery of work on the last Stage of work under the Contract and the transfer of the Result of work under the Contract) /Operational documentation signed by the Parties;
- a certificate signed by the Parties on the cost of the work performed (form COP-3);
When filling out the CS-3 form, the Contractor must include (in full compliance with the Estimate) the following columns: "Serial number"; "Number of the Local estimate calculation"; "Name of the work", the columns should be arranged in ascending order.

provided that there are no claims and requirements from the Customer on the quality and timing of the Work performed.
In the case of entering into a contract with the SMSP, clause 3.2. 2. is set out in the following wording:
3.2.2. Payment of the Contract Price is made by the Customer upon completion of all Work under the contract and the transfer of the Result of the Work by the Contractor to the Customer, minus the Guarantee Deduction, which is paid in accordance with clause 3.2.5. Contract, within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the Act of Acceptance of the completed Construction Object signed and sent by the Contractor (form KS-14) on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor. The invoice is issued by the Contractor on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:
Term of work: from the moment of conclusion of the Contract to 30.06.2021.
