Payment terms:Preferred payment terms - within 60 calendar days from the date of signing of the certificate of work by a bill of JSC RUSAL Achinsk. In case of disagreement, the Participant must indicate the proposed payment terms.

Comments:
A commercial proposal must be sent in the form of an electronic (scanned copy) of a document signed by an authorized person and sealed with the seal of the organization.

Requests for clarification of documentation, selection procedures are submitted no later than 2 days before the deadline for filing applications.

If several stages are assigned in the procedure, please submit your proposal at each stage of selection. Otherwise, proposals will not be considered.

RUSAL Achinsk JSC has the right to refuse to participate in the Selection in the following cases:
- a commercial offer is received after a specified period;
- terms of the offer do not comply with the terms of the Invitation;
- a commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been instituted against him;
- the selection participant has negative experience with UC RUSAL enterprises;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.

The selection will be held with mandatory rebidding.
