Payment terms:Payment is made by the Customer subject to receipt from the Contractor of a duly executed invoice for payment in the name of the Customer. The Customer shall make payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (works) within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of performance of works, provision of services and signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance and Transfer (Act of performance of services, works) or other document confirming the performance of services, works.

Customer's requirements to the Contractor:
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring liability.
Location of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on the B2B-Center Platform E-Marketplace group (www.b2b-center.ru ). Bidders' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
Attention: The Bidder of the Call for Bidding must attach a commercial offer with the signature of the responsible person, a signed copy of the questionnaire and constituent documents (the list of necessary documents is specified in the Appendix)
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Внимание:Технико-коммерческое предложение обязательно должно содержать:

Формат коммерческого предложения приложен (Приложение).
Коммерческое предложение направляется в двух вариантах: подписанное уполномоченным представителем и в редактируемом формате.
Внимание:Договор заключается в редакции Заказчика без протокола разногласий
ВАЖНО:Для того, чтобы воспользоваться настоящим Приглашением необходимо сформировать пакет документов в соответствии с Приложениями.
В пакет документов должны входить расчеты с обоснованием стоимости коммерческого предложения с детальной расшифровкой статей затрат. Без приложения указанных расчетов тендерное предложение является недействительным и к участию в тендере не допускается.
ВАЖНО:Согласие Участника процедуры "запрос предложений" открыть расчетный счет в АКБ "Ланта-Банк" (АО) для целей проведения платежей по договору, в отношении заключения которого проводился запрос предложений, является существенным преимуществом при выборе победителя торговой процедуры.
